Pricing Questions
Everything below explains how our transparent $147-per-page model works, what pushes a project price higher, and how the Kaboomasite monthly fee differs from the website-build cost.
How much will my website cost?
The estimated base website-build price is $147 per page. To calculate your estimate, multiply the number of pages you need by $147. For example: 5 pages = $735, 7 pages = $1,029, 10 pages = $1,470, 15 pages = $2,205, and 20 pages = $2,940. These are estimated base prices for standard pages. The final scope and price may change based on your project requirements.
What is included in the $147-per-page price?
Each standard page includes professional design, written website content, relevant images, a unique title tag, a unique meta description, a logical heading structure, natural keyword integration, internal links to relevant pages, clear calls to action, and responsive desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts. Logo creation is also included when needed. See the full inclusions section further down this page for a complete list.
What can make a project cost more than the base estimate?
Projects that require ecommerce configuration, advanced forms, membership features, booking systems, custom integrations, third-party software, premium applications, custom coding, large product catalogs, extensive data entry, specialized functionality, or additional revision rounds may affect the final price. Outside platform subscription fees, hosting fees, plugin fees, application fees, and licensing costs are separate from the $147-per-page website-build price and vary by provider and project.
What does the $47 per month Kaboomasite price include?
Kaboomasite costs $47 per month and includes website hosting, website-builder access, monthly support, ongoing maintenance, responsive desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts, a fast and SEO-friendly framework, a free SSL certificate when you have a connected domain, XML sitemap support, robots.txt support, and the ability to connect a domain from Kaboom Domains or another compatible provider. This is a separate monthly platform fee — it is not part of the one-time $147-per-page website-build price.
Does the $47 monthly price apply to WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or other platforms?
No. The $47 per month price applies only to Kaboomasite. WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, GoHighLevel, Hostinger, GoDaddy, Weebly, and other third-party website builders have their own separate subscription fees, hosting fees, plugin costs, application fees, licensing fees, and maintenance requirements that vary by provider and project. KaboomWebDesign will help you understand the platform costs relevant to your chosen option.
Is the $147-per-page price a one-time fee?
Yes. The $147-per-page rate is a one-time website-build cost. If you choose Kaboomasite as your platform, the $47 per month is a separate ongoing platform fee for hosting, builder access, support, maintenance, SSL, sitemap support, robots.txt support, and responsive performance. If you choose a third-party platform, that platform's own fees apply separately.
What's Included
Every standard website project comes with more than just page design. Here is exactly what is included — and how the review and revision process works.
Is website content included?
Yes. Written website content is included with every standard website project. KaboomWebDesign writes the page copy based on the business information you provide. The more detail you share about your services, audience, and goals, the better the content will reflect your business.
Are website images included?
Yes. Relevant website images are included with every standard project. Images are selected to support the content and overall design. If you have your own professional photography or branded images you would like to use, you are welcome to provide them.
Is SEO included?
Foundational on-page SEO is included with every standard project. This includes a unique title tag for each page, a unique meta description for each page, a logical H1, H2, and H3 heading structure, natural keyword integration within the content, internal linking between relevant pages, and a search-friendly page structure. This is on-page SEO preparation — it does not include ongoing SEO campaigns, backlink building, or guaranteed search rankings. Search engines control crawling, indexing, and ranking independently. For ongoing SEO services, visit Kaboom Digital SEO at https://www.kaboomdigitalseo.com.
Is a logo included?
Logo creation is included when needed with an eligible website project. If your business needs a new logo or a website-header version of your existing logo, this is part of the standard project scope. More extensive standalone logo packages, brand identity work, or logo refresh projects may be offered separately.
What review and revision process is followed?
Every project includes a review and revision process. After the initial design is complete, you will have the opportunity to review the pages and request changes before launch. Revision rounds are built into the standard project scope. Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed scope may affect the final price and timeline.
Are title tags and meta descriptions really included?
Yes. Every included page receives a unique title tag and a unique meta description written with the page's content and target keywords in mind. These are foundational on-page SEO elements and are part of every standard website project.
Is responsive design included?
Yes. Every website KaboomWebDesign builds is responsive — meaning it is designed and developed to display correctly on desktop, tablet, and mobile screens. Responsive layouts are included in the standard project scope for all platforms.
Platform Questions
Not sure which platform is right for you? The answers below explain Kaboomasite, the other platforms we build on, how domain connection works, and what editing access looks like.
What is Kaboomasite?
Kaboomasite is KaboomWebDesign's preferred website platform for many local businesses. It provides responsive desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts, fast website performance, an SEO-friendly framework, website hosting, website-builder access, monthly support, ongoing maintenance, a free SSL certificate when you have a connected domain, XML sitemap support, and robots.txt support — all for $47 per month. Kaboomasite can connect to domains registered with Kaboom Domains or many other compatible domain providers.
Can you build my website on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or another platform?
Yes. KaboomWebDesign can design and develop websites on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, GoHighLevel, Hostinger, GoDaddy, and Weebly in addition to Kaboomasite. The recommended platform depends on your business model, ecommerce needs, integrations, editing preferences, budget, and long-term requirements. Third-party platforms have their own separate subscription, hosting, plugin, application, and licensing costs that vary by provider.
Can I connect an existing domain to my new website?
Yes. Kaboomasite can connect to domains registered with Kaboom Domains or many other compatible domain providers. If you already own a domain, KaboomWebDesign will help you connect it during the launch process. If you need a new domain, Kaboom Domains is the recommended provider. Visit https://www.kaboomdomains.com to register your domain.
Do I get editing access to my Kaboomasite website?
Yes. Kaboomasite includes website-builder access as part of the $47 monthly plan, which means you can log in and make edits to your website. Your monthly support and maintenance are also included, so you have access to ongoing assistance from KaboomWebDesign as well.
How do I choose the right platform for my business?
The right platform depends on your specific needs. Kaboomasite is recommended for many local service businesses because hosting, support, maintenance, SSL, builder access, and responsive performance are all included in one monthly price. Shopify is often a strong choice for ecommerce businesses. WordPress offers extensive flexibility but requires separate hosting and ongoing maintenance management. Webflow and Squarespace suit businesses that prioritize design control and clean content management. GoHighLevel is well-suited for businesses already using its CRM and automation tools. KaboomWebDesign will help you evaluate the best fit for your project. Visit the Website Platforms page to compare all options.
What if I already have a website — can you redesign it?
Yes. KaboomWebDesign offers website redesign services for businesses with outdated, slow, confusing, or poorly structured websites. Redesign projects follow the same $147-per-page pricing model for standard pages. Visit the Website Redesign Services page to learn more.
SEO and Analytics Questions
Here is exactly what foundational SEO means in a standard project, what is not included, and how optional Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console setup works.
What foundational SEO is included with my website?
Every standard website project includes foundational on-page SEO. This covers a unique title tag for each page, a unique meta description for each page, a logical H1, H2, and H3 heading structure, natural keyword integration within the written content, internal linking between relevant pages, clear calls to action, and a search-friendly page structure. On Kaboomasite, XML sitemap support and robots.txt support are also part of the platform. These are on-page preparation steps that help search engines understand your pages.
Is ongoing SEO included?
No. Foundational on-page SEO is included with every standard project. Ongoing SEO — including ongoing content creation, backlink building, technical SEO auditing, monthly reporting, and rank monitoring — is a separate service. For ongoing SEO services, visit Kaboom Digital SEO at https://www.kaboomdigitalseo.com.
Do you guarantee search rankings?
No. KaboomWebDesign does not guarantee search rankings, organic traffic, leads, or revenue. Search engines independently control how they crawl, index, and rank every website. Foundational on-page SEO practices are included to help search engines understand your pages, but rankings are determined by search engine algorithms, domain history, competition, content quality, and many other factors outside any web design company's control.
Are GA4 and Google Search Console setup included?
Google Analytics 4 setup and Google Search Console setup are available as optional analytics add-ons — they are not automatically included in the base $147-per-page website-build price. Analytics setup may include GA4 property configuration, Google Search Console setup, website ownership verification, XML sitemap submission, basic conversion-event setup, and basic reporting configuration. Ask about analytics setup when confirming your project scope.
What is Google Search Console?
Google Search Console is a free tool from Google that helps you monitor how your website appears in Google Search. It shows which search queries bring visitors to your site, flags indexing issues, and lets you submit your sitemap directly to Google. Setting it up during or after your website launch is a practical step for any business that wants to understand its search visibility.
What is the difference between GA4 and Google Search Console?
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) tracks what visitors do on your website — which pages they visit, how long they stay, which buttons they click, and where traffic comes from. Google Search Console tracks how your website performs in Google Search specifically — impressions, click-through rates, indexing status, and keyword queries. Both tools provide different and complementary insights. Neither guarantees tracking completeness in every circumstance, as results depend on platform, consent settings, account access, and implementation requirements.
Process and Timeline Questions
Find out what happens from the first project conversation through design, content, review, and launch — and what affects how long the process takes.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most standard website projects are targeted for completion in approximately 2-3 weeks after the required project information has been received and the scope has been confirmed. Project size, the number of pages, revision requests, integrations, ecommerce requirements, special functionality, and client responsiveness can all affect the actual timeline. KaboomWebDesign does not guarantee an exact completion date.
What does the client need to provide?
To get started, KaboomWebDesign needs information about your business — including your services, service area, target audience, business goals, preferred pages, and any existing branding such as a logo, colors, or fonts. If you have professional photography you would like to use, you can provide those images as well. The more detail you provide, the better the content and design will reflect your business.
What are the steps in the website design process?
The typical process follows these steps: 1. Plan the pages and confirm the platform. 2. Confirm the project estimate and scope. 3. Gather business information and assets. 4. Design the website. 5. Write content and select images. 6. Review and revise. 7. Connect the domain and launch. 8. Configure selected add-ons such as analytics setup. Each project follows this general flow, though the order of some steps may vary based on project requirements. Visit the Our Website Design Process page for a detailed overview.
What happens after the website launches?
After launch, if you are on Kaboomasite, your $47 monthly plan includes ongoing hosting, support, maintenance, and website-builder access so you can continue making updates. If you chose a third-party platform, that platform's own support and maintenance structure applies. Optional analytics add-ons such as GA4 and Google Search Console setup can also be configured at or after launch.
Do you build websites for national brands or larger organizations?
Yes. While KaboomWebDesign specializes in local small-business websites, the company also builds websites for national brands, ecommerce businesses, multi-location businesses, lead-generation companies, and larger organizations. The $147-per-page pricing model applies to standard pages in those projects as well, though projects with larger page counts, custom functionality, or advanced integrations may have additional scope and cost considerations.
Do you build ecommerce websites?
Yes. KaboomWebDesign builds ecommerce websites on platforms such as Shopify and others suited to online retail. Ecommerce projects involve product catalog setup, category organization, checkout configuration, and payment integration requirements that may affect the final project price beyond the base $147-per-page estimate. Visit the Ecommerce Web Design page to learn more.
Can KaboomWebDesign help me if I already have a website on another platform?
Yes. If you have an existing website on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, GoDaddy, or another platform, KaboomWebDesign can help you redesign or rebuild it. Redesigns follow the same $147-per-page pricing model for standard pages. Platform migration requirements may affect the scope and timeline.
